Life is easy and hard at the same time

life's journey is winding turns.
sick to know that we can be happy some moment and next moment we can grieve.
can feel sore exalted and humbled in a minute.
sometimes there are times when my mind flashed on this process.
yep, I also realized that this way must have a purpose.
but sometimes I feel tired to figure out what does it all means.
Can I have a thought like this?

Dilated cardiomyopathy [info]

Dilated cardiomyopathy or DCM is a condition in which the heart becomes weakened and enlarged and cannot pump blood efficiently. The decreased heart function can affect the lungs, liver, and other body systems.

DCM is one of the cardiomyopathies, a group of diseases that primarily affect the myocardium (the muscle of the heart). Different cardiomyopathies have different causes and affect the heart in different ways. In DCM a portion of the myocardium is dilated, often without any obvious cause. Left or right ventricular systolic pump function of the heart is impaired, leading to progressive cardiac enlargement and hypertrophy, a process called remodeling.

Cardiomyopathy is a complex disease process that can affect the heart of a person of any age.

it's been a long time since i wrote my last post. i'm sorry for not taking care this blog.

that's because i have a hard time for thinking about my own life.

but it already finished and it didn't made me stress. because i believe the hard time at least change into a good time.
